Who are we?
Kiara: I am 8 years old and I'm a second grader. I was born in Mexico and my family and me moved to California a little over 4 years ago. I am very good at painting and I love to read. I first heard about the manatees on TV, while watching Discovery Kids. And did you know that the manatees have been around since dinosaur times. I hope you enjoy this blog and please let us know what you think and what YOU do to help prevent that these animals become extinct.

Muchas felicidades por su Blog y que bueno que están haciendo algo por concientizar a las personas a que cuiden del medio ambiente para preservar el habitat de este y mucho animales más que lo necesitan. Inclusive nosotros los humanos, necesitamos cuidar de nuestro habitar, por ejemplo, al no destruir la capa de ozono.
Les deseo todo lo mejor y que su blog sea visto por miles de personas.

Me fascina el hecho de que estén haciendo algo por salvar a una especie en extinción, simpre me ha interesado el mundo animal... especialmente me gustan los manatees porque son hermosos e indefensos a pesar de su gran tamaño. Pienso que si el ser humano empieza a tener un mayor respeto, cuidado e interés por la naturaleza y sus perfectos ecosistemas puede haber esperanza para todas las especies en extinción.
